Bone Tissue Engineering is the understanding of tissue formation, bone fractures, bone structures, bone mechanics, as it aims to motivate new functional bone tissues. It is also explained in the words, successfully knowledge of bone biology, regenerate or repair bone and it development quite essential. Bone defect and bone regeneration are also under goes the bone tissue engineering. Lack of bone is called as a bone defect. Since bone defect arises from trauma for the treatment of osteomyelitis, this will be accompanying major tissue injury. The goal of tissue engineering is improve damaged tissues or whole organs.

Track 02- Biomaterials & Bioengineering

Biomaterials are used from ancient situations for social insurance applications. In any case, the consequent growth made them more versatile and improved their usefulness. Biomaterials have developed territories such as bioengineering and tissue designed to promote new methodologies in the fight against harmful infections. In fact, emerging microorganism technology is being used in combination with biomaterials to improve the new offices of human services. Stem cell transplant is treatment in some types of cancers like leukemia, multiple myeloma, orsometypesoflymphoma.Stem cell transplantation is the process that replaces bloodforming stem cells to patients who have killed theirs due to the very high doses of chemotherapy or radiation therapy used to treat those cancers.

Track-05: Nanotechnology in Bone Tissue Engineering

Nanotechnology is currently being utilized for regenerative medicine and tissue engineering. Nanotechnology represents a major frontier with potential to significantly advance in the field of tissue engineering. Through application in tissue engineering, nanotechnology can be used to build nano patterns, controlled release nanoparticles and nanofibers, since the biomaterials to be developed are of nanometer scale such as extracellular fluids, cardiac tissues and bone marrow etc. Nanotechnology is the ultimate translation into the clinical environment that will allow patients with large bone defects and osteodegenerative diseases to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

Track-06: Biomimetics in Bone Tissue Engineering

The term biomimicry and biomimietics derive from Greek. Biomimetics is very closely related in the field of bionics. Biomimetics is the limitation of the systems, models and elements of nature for the purpose of solving complex human problems. Biomimetic scaffolds may provide a novel platform for phenotypically stem cell differentiation and stable tissue formation. Biomimetics has given rise to new technologies inspired by biological solutions at nanoscales.

Track 07- Materials and Designs for Tissue Engineering

Musculoskeletal tissue engineering, particularly bone and cartilage, is a fast-moving area. Research in bone has focused on replacement materials for bone grafting and the production of biodegradable scaffolds. Cell and gene therapy have recently been included in tissue engineering techniques. New produced techniques for tissue-engineering applications are the availability of growth factors and the growing knowledge base on bone regeneration with modern techniques such as recombinant signaling molecules, solid free form manufacturing of scaffolds, synthetic cartilage, electrochemical deposition, spinal fusion and ossification.

Track 08- Tissue Engineering and 3D Printing

It aims at manufacturing multifunctional scaffolds based on engineered designs which fulfill the electrical, structural and nutritional requirements. Computer-aided 3D printing technology drives major innovations in many fields, including engineering, manufacturing, architecture, education, and medicine. It has already been used for multiple tissue production and transplantation, including multi-layered skin, bone, vascular grafts, tracheal splints, cardiac tissue, and cartilaginous structures. Certain uses include the design of 3D-bioprinted tissue high-throughput models for research, drug discovery, and pharmacology. This track will cover many techniques that have advanced 3D technology by new tissue engineering constructs manufacturing methods.

Track 09: Tissue Regeneration

Tissue regeneration means the rest of the tissue to replace or repair the damaged or missing part of the body. Most embryonic tissues, such as the spinal cord, lungs, and limbs, have some capacity for regeneration and may use mechanisms that can be triggered exogenously in adult tissues. Use of common molecular and cellular pathways to recapitulate embryonic development.

Track 10: Scaffolds Bone Tissue Engineering

Scaffolds are the bio-materials used in the human body by mixing cells from the skin to regenerate the damaged tissues. Scaffolds are used to protect tissues and organs that may have been injured following injury or illness. These are developed together with regenerative medicine through the use of tissue culture. Tissue Engineering requires using a Scaffold for medical purposes to form new feasible tissue.
